With the unprecedented development of the international steel market, the market demand for blast furnace raw materials is growing rapidly. In addition to the substantial increase in the demand for sintering raw materials, the demand for pellet raw materials and pellets has also increased significantly with the development of blast furnace burden structure. The proportion of pellet output is also increasing in the total output. The further increase in the demand for pellets in the international market has also promoted the scale of pellet production to large-scale.
Our company has a history of more than 30 years in designing and manufacturing complete sets of equipment for sintering pellets. Since the 1990 s, on the basis of digesting and absorbing advanced technology, we have provided sintering pellet equipment for major domestic steel giants, which has established our company's leading position in this field.
Technical parameters:
According to the sintering production process, our company mainly produces sintering machine, strong mixer, ring cooler, etc. According to the pellet production process, our company mainly produces grinders, ball-making discs, rotary kilns and ring coolers. The product line includes 600000 tons, 1.2 million tons, 2.4 million tons and 5 million tons of host equipment.
Main equipment:Including 180 ㎡, 240 ㎡, 360 ㎡,480 ㎡ and other specifications;
Mill: including Φ3.2 × 5.4m, Φ3.5 × 6.2m and Φ3.8 × 7.5m series;
Ball making plate: including Φ4.2m, Φ5m, Φ5.5m, Φ6m, Φ7.5m and Φ8.5m series products.
Rotary kiln: including Φ4 × 30m, Φ5 × 35m, Φ6.1 × 40m and Φ6.96 × 52m and derivative products with the same diameter.
Ring cooler: including 50 ㎡, 69 ㎡, 150 ㎡ and 248 ㎡, 4 ring cooler series for pellets.
